February 1st is the deadline for membership renewal. After that date there will be a $25.00 charge added. Thank you to those that have taken care of their renewal already. This summer two big projects are on the agenda to get taken care of. We have the paperwork in place to replace the existing septic system. It will be installed on the western portion of the property, behind field 2. As you can imagine the cost will be sizable. This is what the “club maintenance” fee associated with the membership is used for. Also, we need to look at replacing the roof on the manager’s house. You don’t have to come out to the club to renew. Give us a call and we can process it over the phone.
